Reiss formulates materials and products to meet most automotive, military, commercial, UL, NSF, ASTM D-2000, ASTM C1115, ASTM D1056, FDA 21 CFR 177.2600, ZZR-765, A-A-59588, A-A-55759, AMS, EQUIV. TO BMS, PD SPEC 45551AC-AM, MIL-R-25988A, and other custom specifications. We are RoHS compliant.

Reiss processes silicone and fluorosilicone in solid or sponge forms, and Viton® (fluorocarbon compounds) and EPDM in molded solid form, to create a wide variety of finished rubber products. Translucent, transparent and a large selection of color options are available. (*Viton®, EPDM offered in select colors only. Cell structure is closed cell only.)

We are technical experts at mixing a variety of custom silicone, fluorosilicone and fluoroocarbon rubber compounds, enabling us to manufacture rubber products with unique properties. Our silicone formulations offer exceptional performance in adverse environments. Our silicone sponge features a consistent cell structure and is offered in soft, medium, and firm density. We are confident our silicone rubber compounds will meet or exceed your expectations.
