Caron joined Reiss Manufacturing over twenty years ago as a QC Inspector. Today she
serves as General Manager, after being promoted to several positions, including Lab Tech,
Operations Manager and Engineer. Caron has spent her career in the silicone rubber
manufacturing industry, and earned her college degree with honors while working full-time.
