There is a degree of art in designing a proper die and extruding a consistent silicone profile. It begins with the compound, but running at the right speeds and temperatures makes the difference between an average extrusion and an exceptional product that will perform in the most challenging environments.
We have multiple extrusion lines capable of producing parts ranging from a few grams per foot to over a pound. Our multiple extruders allow for high-speed production of smaller profiles and the capability of producing thicker cross-section parts. Additionally, our Tooling team can work with you to develop a die to meet your specifications.
