We have the full complement of testing and measurement equipment, including durometer gages, optical comparator, rheometer, tensometer, as well as tools to test compression deflection and specific gravity.
First Article Inspection reports (FAIs) and / or Production Part Approval Process (PPAPs) are provided, as requested. Statistical Process Control (SPC) is used, when appropriate, in the manufacturing process. We conduct in-coming inspection, job set-up verification, in-process inspection, final inspection and dock audits.
