Rubber Molding: Grommets, Gaskets, Seals and More

Reiss Manufacturing has extensive capabilities in custom molding heat-cured rubber (HCR) products. Our processes include Transfer and Compression molding (multiple or single cavity).

Our multiple molding presses and platen sizes allow us to produce an array of shapes and sizes, from less than one gram to over 50 pounds per part. We can maintain precision tolerances on our molded products, with minimal flash.

With decades of expertise, our design team will determine the most cost-effective solution for your molding needs. Most molds are made in-house by our Tooling team. Additionally, we have long-standing partnerships with outside tooling vendors, enabling us to provide our customers with quality parts at competitive prices.
